Attorney Established (45+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Corporate M&A in St. Louis, MO An established firm based in St. Louis, MO with over 45 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This attorney will have hands-on experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and business law matters, advising clients on deal structuring, due diligence, and transactional compliance across a broad range of industries.
