Location: Moorestown, NJSalary: $70.00 USD Hourly - $90.00 USD HourlyDescription: Position: Software Engineer Location: Moorestown, NJ OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Software Developer with Agile Scrum Master responsibilities to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions while also facilitating Agile processes and ensuring effective team collaboration.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable systems that solve complex business and mission-driven challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development Design, develop, test, and debug software applications to address business and technical requirementsWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming practicesAnalyze system capabilities, inputs/outputs, and processing requirements to implement effective solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issuesDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and operating proceduresEnsure adherence to software development standards, processes, and best practicesAgile & Scrum Leadership Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesSupport the team in adopting and improving Agile practicesRemove blockers and enable the team to deliver high-quality outcomesCollaborate with product owners and stakeholders to manage priorities and backlogMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)2-4 years of experience in software development and/or Agile environmentsStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principlesRequired SkillsTechnical Skills Experience with C++ programming (intermediate level)Understanding of Agile software development methodologiesFamiliarity with Linux environmentsExperience with version control systems such as GitLabExposure to issue tracking and collaboration tools such as JIRASoft SkillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teamsProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailProject & Process SkillsBasic experience in project coordination or Agile delivery environmentsUnderstanding of scrum frameworks and team facilitationPreferred QualificationsExposure to Agile transformation or coaching practicesExperience working in fast-paced or mission-critical development environmentsBy providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
