Our core values are integral to the success and growth of FNS.To Discover more, please visit our website at http://www.fnsusa.comType: Full-TimeLocation: Moonachie, NJResponsibilitiesCoordinate full-cycle of ocean import shipments from origin country to final destinationsPrepare and review import documentation for Import customs clearance.Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FMC, and other regulatory requirements.Communicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departments.Track, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing.Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies.Maintain accurate records and data entry in the internal system.QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.Korean & English bilingualExperience in ocean import operations or international freight forwarding preferredStrong knowledge of ocean freight documentation, Incoterms, and customs processes.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.Pay: $24.04 - $28.85 an hour depending on experience and qualifications.Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)Health, Dental, and Vision PPO InsuranceLife, STD, LTD Insurance401(K) PlanPaid Time OffAdditional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)Years of Service AwardsEducation Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)
