Company Overview:We are working with a leading electrical contractor specializing in large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure. We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Senior Project Manager (Travel) to lead complex data center projects across multiple locations.This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.Schedule:Full-time position with flexible work-from-home options and necessary project travel.Project timelines may occasionally require extended hours, including evenings or weekends.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all phases of electrical construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.Lead regular project meetings, monitor progress, and manage changes, risks, and issues effectively.Foster strong communication and collaboration among internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services, including contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.Promote a strong culture of safety through training, communication, and adherence to safety protocols.Handle project closeout processes, including final documentation and invoicing.Mentor and support junior staff in project management and electrical engineering practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline preferred.Minimum of 5+ years' experience in electrical project management, preferably in mission-critical or data center projects.Demonstrated success managing large-scale electrical projects from planning through completion.Strong understanding of electrical design, installation practices, and applicable codes (NEC).Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.Willingness to travel and spend extended periods on project sites as required.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Benefits:Travel and per diem allowancesMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) planPerformance-based bonusesPaid time off, sick leave, and holidaysProfessional development and continuing education opportunitiesFuel card for project-related travel
