The role ensures that OT systems meet the Abbott IT System and Cybersecurity requirements while proactively maintaining maximum system uptime.WHAT YOU’LL DOSupport and maintain manufacturing operation data systems and servers including hardware and software for the Columbus Plant Operational Technology (OT) systems. For example: OSIsoft PI, Ignition, ZPI data servers, Delta V, iFix, FactoryTalk AssetCentreCoordinate with IT support team as needed to maintain secured OT infrastructure for manufacturing operation and actively participate in Cyber Security compliance initiatives – disaster recovery, asset security, patching, malware prevention, etcProvide Manufacturing Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) architecture supportWork with Division teams to deploy manufacturing operations data systems as part of cross-functional capital project delivery teamCoordinate with internal quality and process authority organizations to ensure regulatory complianceMaintain solutions for Critical Process Parameters Monitoring and Process Data ReportingResolve underlying problems: Identify customer/ client needs and propose solutions to address them; make alterations in products or services to better meet (recognized or unrecognized) customer need, e.g. partners with an outside vendor to provide a better deliverableProvide on call support of plant OT systemREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering5+ years of significant IT, engineering, and/or operational experience5+ years in a related field and/or industryMust be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipMust be able to work fully onsite in Columbus, OHPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with Windows Server Operating Systems Management and TroubleshootingExperience with manufacturing OT / IT systems, network architecture, and cybersecurityExperience with OSISoft productsIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
