Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be; summarized, and formats for reports. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.GitHub Administrator will be responsible for governance, security, compliance, and automation of the GitHub Enterprise platform. Ensure DevSecOps enablement, audit readiness, and standardized CI/CD practices across the enterprise software development lifecycle.Candidate Skills And Qualifications8 years Required – experience in Git-based version control administration8 years Required – Hands-on experience managing GitHub Enterprise (Cloud or Server) organizations8 years Required – Expertise in RBAC, SAML/SSO, and branch protection strategies8 years Required – Proficiency in GitHub Actions and YAML-based workflow automation8 years Required – Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)8 years Required – Experience with audit logging, compliance reporting, and access reviews8 years Required – Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation8 years Required – Experience implementing DevSecOps practices within CI/CD pipelines8 years Required – Experience with GitHub Advanced Security (CodeQL, Secret Scanning)4 years Preferred – Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)4 Years Preferred – Knowledge Of Policy-as-code Implementations4 years Preferred – Ability to document governance standards and developer guides4 Years Preferred – Experience Leading Technical Enablement Sessions#DICE
