They have a proven track record in the construction industry and have become one of the most reputable contractors in the Greater Indianapolis area.DescriptionLead commercial ground up projects from inception through completionServe as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safetyManage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management toolsPartner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvementDeliver projects ranging from $15M+ within a strong pipelineProfile6+ years of experience in Construction Project ManagementExperience with education/public projects is a MUSTWorking knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawingsExcellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.Job OfferBase salary up to $135K+ based on level of experience3-4 weeks PTOStrong car allowanceComprehensive healthcare packageStrong bonus program401K + Company matchDesired Skills and ExperienceProficient in ground up building in the K-12, higher education, or municipal sectors.
