The Shift Leader is responsible for store operations by opening and closing the store when scheduled, protecting store property and funds, and monitoring employee performance during assigned shifts.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for opening and closing the store according to established proceduresDirects and monitors the day-to-day activities of full time/part-time store team membersCommunicates with customers in a friendly and courteous mannerResolves customer complaints, including exchanges and refundsConducts front end administrative procedures, including cash counting, till preparation, cash drops, cash pick-ups, verification of cash tills, and sale of/return of gift cardsMay participate in the panel interviewing process but does not have authority to make hiring decisions QualificationsMust be 18 years of agePrevious training / supervisory experience is a plusAbility to travel to multiple work locationsAbility to regularly lift 50 lbsCompensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hourJoin Our TeamBecome a Big Part of Your Hometown SpotOur recipe for success?
