Business Analyst

• Perform analysis of complex business needs and facilitaterequirement, both functional and technical, gathering sessions.• Conduct backlog grooming sessions, define features and stories,and create mature product backlog as per program roadmap andbusiness priorities.• Work with product teams to evaluate how client business needs,regulations and policies, procedures and standards, and privacyand security, effect software and hardware that are beingdeveloped.• Actively participate in pre-release discussions, release planning,and sprint planning sessions.• Ensure translation of business needs to IT requirements, andprepare PRD, FSD, KPIs, mapping documents, and other projectrelated documents.• Act as a liaison between scrum team, product owners, and otherstakeholders.• Document and create user stories(business/technical/compliance) for web based, and mobile(Android/IOS) applications.• Participate in scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrum,sprint review, demo and retrospective) and act as a subjectmatter expert for product development related queries.• Work with cross functional teams to identify and capturedependencies, risks and assumptions.• Work with external partners to conduct UAT testing and carry outrollout activities.• Deliver high-quality solutions to clients in response to varying
