The role involves professional cleaning, detailing, and maintenance of boats to ensure they meet high standards. Responsibilities include assisting with dock operations, fueling boats, providing exceptional customer service to customers, and supporting team members with daily marina operations. The role requires individuals to work both outdoors and indoors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. QualificationsProficiency in cleaning, detailing, and maintaining boatsCustomer service skills, along with a friendly and professional demeanorBasic mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist in general maintenance tasksAbility to work effectively in outdoor conditions and handle physical tasksStrong communication and teamwork skillsExperience in marina or boating operations is a plusAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
