This position ensures that sample timelines are met, communication with overseas factories is maintained, and all samples are tracked, organized, and accurately reflected in the PLM system. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.ResponsibilitiesMonitor apparel sample timelines to ensure all key calendar milestones are achievedTrack all sample stages to ensure on-time deliveryReceive, open, inspect, and check in all incoming sample packagesMaintain accurate sample status updates within the PLM systemManage and update track templates, workflows, and reports within the PLM systemCommunicate daily with factories/vendors to track sample progress and resolve delaysProvide regular sample status updates to the Design teamAssist Product Development and Technical Design teams as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient sample closetEnsure all samples are properly labeled, stored, and easy to locateManage sample check-in/check-out processes for internal teamsQualificationsBA in Fashion Design requiredStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailStrong critical thinking skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlinesStrong verbal and written communication skills with focus on ability to communicate effectively within a global manufacturing baseExcellent collaboration and teamwork abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
