Job Description:AEM Developers will be responsible for implementing and customizing the AEM platform based on WMATA's requirements. These roles involve hands-on development, coding, and configuration of the AEM system. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.Customize the AEM platform to meet WMATA's specific requirements.Collaborate with the solution architect to ensure that technical designs align with business goals.Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.Provide support for the migration of existing content to the AEM platform.Qualifications:Senior: 5+ years of hands-on experience with AEM development, including components, workflows, and integrations.Junior: 2+ years of experience with AEM or similar content management systems.Experience in Java, Sling, JCR, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) required.AEM certifications are a plus.
