This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and drivers, ensuring efficient coordination of inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and demonstrates strong organizational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and process incoming truck drivers, ensuring timely check-in and dock flowCoordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments, including pickups and deliveriesRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and emailProvide accurate updates regarding shipment status, scheduling changes, and order detailsMaintain detailed and accurate records, including driver logs, shipment documentation, and customer communicationsCollaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillmentAddress routine issues, escalate concerns as needed, and contribute to smooth daily operationsQualificationsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectivelyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDependable with a strong sense of accountability and follow-throughProficient in phone, email, and basic digital communication toolsBasic computer skills, including data entry and record managementHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience in warehousing, logistics, or transportation environmentsFamiliarity with driver check-in procedures and dock operationsExperience with scheduling systems or warehouse management software (WMS)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation package401(K), Medical, dental, and vision benefits eligibility after 90 daysPaid time off and company-paid holidaysIndustrial Logistics Group participates in E- Verify.
