Lead the design lifecycle for programs requiring advanced technical knowledge and programming techniques. Provide technical expertise and guidance to ITS managers and project personnel throughout system development. Guide a team of analysts and programmers, offering technical direction for automated and manual systems. Conduct needs analysis studies and evaluate requests for system development and enhancement. Develop complex programming routines, specifications, and test protocols.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines, or equivalent technical training and experience. Eight or more years of experience in programming and analytical activities, with at least four years of analytical experience. Proven experience in online, real-time, and database environments, preferably within a healthcare setting. Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Excellent problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and ability to lead end-user relationships.
