As a CT Technologist, you play a critical role in diagnosing and guiding treatment by producing accurate, high-quality imaging in a safe and efficient environment.This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, outpatient-focused setting where you can focus on patient care, precision, and continuous improvement.What You'll DoImaging & Patient CarePerform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.Prepare and position patients to ensure accurate imaging and patient comfort.Administer contrast media when appropriate, monitoring patients for reactions.Verify patient history and ensure proper documentation prior to procedures.Perform IV placement and administer contrast media.Perform daily QC.Quality & SafetyEnsure all imaging meets quality standards for diagnostic accuracy.Follow radiation safety protocols (ALARA principles) to minimize exposure.Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory requirements.Monitor equipment performance and report any issues promptly.Collaboration & WorkflowWork closely with radiologists, providers, and clinical staff to ensure timely imaging and reporting.Manage patient flow efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care.Communicate clearly with patients to explain procedures and address concerns.Documentation & SystemsAccurately document procedures in PACS, RIS, and EHR systems.Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.What You BringRequired QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.ARRT certification (R) required; ARRT (CT) preferred or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.Active state licensure.Current BLS certification.Experience performing CT scans in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of CT imaging procedures and protocols.Understanding of radiation safety and contrast administration.Excellent patient care and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Why Join EPIC Health?Outpatient-focused environment (no hospital call, if applicable)Modern equipment and technologyCollaborative care teamsCompetitive compensation and benefitsGrowth and development opportunitiesReady to Make an Impact?If you're passionate about delivering high-quality imaging and exceptional patient care, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and be part of a team transforming healthcare at EPIC Health.Visit www.epichs.org to learn more.* Background checks are required for this role.
