Meat Cutter/Butcher

Responsibilities: Cut and package a variety of meats Use manual and electrical cutting equipment to produce high-quality products Ensure that all cutting equipment is properly maintained and cleaned Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized work environment Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a meat cutter Knowledge of various cuts of meat and the ability to prepare and package them for retail sale Physical dexterity and the ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Must be available days and weekends We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including competitive pay and benefits, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
