As an inclusive workplace, we celebrate diverse perspectives and believe innovation is fueled by diversity.About The PositionThe Commercial Account Manager will own and grow a set of high-value enterprise accounts, with a primary focus in the Los Angeles and Irvine, CA region.This role is responsible for driving new business, expanding existing relationships, and executing complex, multi-stakeholder deals that significantly impact Qumulo’s long-term growth.You will engage directly with C-level stakeholders, lead account strategy, and partner closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver meaningful customer outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOwn and exceed revenue targets across a defined set of strategic accountsDevelop and execute comprehensive account plans, including expansion and retention strategiesBuild and maintain executive-level relationships (CIO, CTO, VP-level) across customer organizationsDrive complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving OEMs, resellers, and cloud partnersPartner with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with roadmap and innovationLead joint account planning with partners and customers to identify growth opportunitiesExecute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies in collaboration with marketingProvide accurate forecasting and pipeline managementQualifications10–12+ years of enterprise SaaS or infrastructure sales experienceTrack record of closing large, complex deals (multi-million ARR preferred)Experience working with channel partners, OEMs, and cloud ecosystemsStrong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholdersFamiliarity with storage, data infrastructure, or cloud platforms preferredCompensationThe annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $254,000 – $295,000 USD.Individual compensation depends on factors such as role level, relevant experience, and skill set. Pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated annually.
