Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians based in Greater Macon. The role entails performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Responsibilities include troubleshooting machinery, completing equipment repairs, conducting regular inspections, and implementing maintenance schedules. You will collaborate with team members, maintain records of maintenance activities, and adhere to safety protocols to support efficient manufacturing operations. Qualifications Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & RepairExperience in Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issuesFamiliarity with Industrial Maintenance practices and standardsAbility to interpret technical manuals and schematicsKnowledge of safety protocols and procedures in manufacturing environmentsGood problem-solving, organizational, and time management skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or vocational training in a related field preferred
