Revenue Accountant

Onsite only on Wednesday (or as needed as per the team needs), however full-time onsite return to office will be implemented September 2026, so the worker will be responsible for 5 days onsite beginning September.Role Details:This position is responsible for supporting digital and DTC business units in revenue recognition accounting, contract analysis, and order processing functions. The Senior Revenue Accountant plays a pivotal role within the accounting team, overseeing the monthly close process, reconciling revenue accounts, and streamlining workflows. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical abilities, sharp critical thinking, and a high degree of motivation. This person is expected to be an analytical professional who excels in dynamic and fast-moving settings.What are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource?We are focused on subscription revenue related work, they will be working with auditors, working on entries. Experience with streaming and/or subscription revenue is highly preferred. They will handle revenue recognitions, so will work with cash teams reconciling credit cards, sales tax reporting, working with auditors on support for samples, month end close for journal entry, balancing reconciliation and revenue variance analysis, 5+ years’ experience. Either Oracle or ERP experience is required.Intermediate Excel is needed as they will be maintaining schedules and building waterfall for subscriptions in Excel. Working in a fast-paced environment and will be multitasking, an ability to prioritize is important for this environment. The environment is in constant evolution and should be agile as when changes occur, may be asked to pivot prioritization as changes occur.Any experience with payment gateway is a plus as they will be working heavily with cash reconciliations.
