As a certified small business enterprise, we value flexibility, precision, and exceptional service.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for the President of Lancs Industries, based in the Albuquerque-Santa Fe Metropolitan Area. The President will oversee all company operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while fostering organizational growth and innovation. Key responsibilities include leading teams, managing financial performance, driving business development, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring compliance with industry and safety regulations. The President will represent the company to key stakeholders, build relationships with clients and partners, and uphold Lancs' reputation for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.Proven expertise in financial oversight, operational management, and strategic planning.Experience in business development, client relationship management, and partnership building.Knowledge of industry-specific safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance practices, particularly in radiation shielding and protective equipment.Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.Experience in manufacturing, nuclear, or related industries is highly advantageous.
