Engineering Manager, Developer Experience

Overview As Engineering Manager for the CI/CD platform, you will lead a team that builds and operates the CI, build, and artifact management stack powering CoreWeave’s engineering workflows. You will translate platform strategy into actionable plans, balance reliability with developer experience, and mentor engineers to grow within a collaborative, high-performance environment. You’ll partner with senior engineers to drive design decisions, automate release processes, and reduce toil.
