Manager, Training & Talent AcquisitionLocation: Charlotte, NCCompany: Search Solution Group (SSG)Reports To: CEO / VP of StrategyPosition SummarySearch Solution Group is seeking a high-impact leader to build, train, and develop the next generation of top-performing recruiters and sales professionals.This individual will own training, onboarding, and ongoing development across the organization while also leading internal Talent Acquisition efforts to ensure we are consistently hiring high-caliber individuals who align with SSG's standards of excellence.This is a critical, culture-shaping role responsible for driving performance, accountability, and consistency across the team. The right person thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and knows how to turn potential into production.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & OnboardingDesign and lead a structured onboarding program for all new recruiters and sales hiresTrain team members on:Full lifecycle recruitingBusiness development and client acquisitionCandidate control and client managementSSG processes, tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter), and workflowsImplement clear ramp-up timelines and performance benchmarksOngoing Development & CoachingProvide daily/weekly coaching to recruiters and sales team membersRun call reviews, role plays, and live coaching sessionsIdentify performance gaps and implement targeted development plansEstablish and reinforce SSG's standards of excellence across the teamPartner with leadership on performance strategyTalent Acquisition (Internal Hiring)Own internal recruiting efforts for SSG:Recruit and hire recruiters, sales professionals, and support staffBuild pipelines of high-potential talentEnsure strong candidate experience and employer brandingDevelop interview processes that assess:Grit, competitiveness, and coachabilityCultural alignment with SSG's "this is how we win" mentalityPerformance & CultureDrive a culture of discipline over motivation — consistency, accountability, and executionTrack and report on key performance metrics (activity, placements, revenue contribution)Collaborate on compensation plans, scorecards, and performance reviewsHelp build a scalable, repeatable training infrastructure that supports company growthQualificationsRequired5+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, or talent developmentProven success in a performance-driven, metrics-based environmentExperience training, coaching, or managing recruiters and/or sales professionalsStrong understanding of recruiting lifecycle and/or B2B sales processPreferredExperience in agency recruiting or search firmsExperience building training programs from scratchLeadership or management experienceKey CompetenciesHigh energy and strong presence — able to lead from the frontDirect, honest, and accountable leadership styleAbility to coach, challenge, and develop individuals at different levelsStructured thinker who can build scalable processesCompetitive, results-oriented mindset
