CNC Maintenance TechnicianYorba Linda, CATemp-to-hire position (4-6 months to convert) on a 1st shift (6:00 AM-2:30 PM; flexible as needed)Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot over 50 high-precision Swiss-style CNC machines (Tornos, Citizen) to minimize downtime and ensure peak operational efficiency.Responsibilities include preventive and emergency maintenance, diagnosing and repairing electrical (24V-480V), mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and supporting production/engineering teams.Must follow strict safety and hazardous materials protocols, document maintenance activities, and participate in training/continuous improvement.Requirements:2+ years CNC or automation maintenance (preferably Swiss CNC), high-precision environment experience, Fanuc/Mitsubishi controls knowledge, electrical diagram reading, hydraulics/pneumatics skills, and root cause analysis.
