We are committed to accessibility, including serving clients covered by Partnership HealthPlan of California, where eligible services may be provided at no cost.About the RoleSix Rivers Wellness is seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) to support and guide our team of associate clinicians (ASWs and AMFTs). This role blends clinical supervision, mentorship, and light administrative collaboration to help maintain high-quality, ethical, and relationally grounded care across the practice.This is a strong fit for a clinician who values developing other therapists, building a supportive learning environment, and staying connected to meaningful clinical work.Important Note on Carelon CredentialingPlease note that there will be a delay before supervisors are approved with Carelon Behavioral Health. During this period, supervisors will not begin working with Six Rivers Wellness.What You’ll DoProvide weekly individual and/or group supervision to associate clinicians (ASWs, AMFTs)Support supervisees in developing strong clinical skills, case conceptualization, and ethical practiceReview and sign off on clinical documentation as requiredOffer consultation on complex cases, particularly trauma and relational workHelp reinforce a trauma-informed, inclusive, and relational clinical cultureCollaborate with leadership on clinical quality and best practicesMaintain a small caseload of clients (optional, depending on preference and capacity)What We’re Looking ForActive California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCCMeets California BBS requirements for clinical supervisionExperience providing clinical supervision or strong interest in stepping into a supervisory roleDeep grounding in trauma-informed and relational therapy approachesStrong interpersonal skills with a warm, supportive, and accountable supervisory styleCommitment to cultural humility and affirming care across identitiesPreferred (Not Required)Experience supervising early-career cliniciansTraining in modalities such as:Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)Somatic therapiesAttachment-based or parts workExperience working with Medi-Cal populations or within community mental health settingsWhy Six Rivers WellnessA collaborative, heart-centered clinical teamOpportunity to shape and mentor the next generation of therapistsFlexible hybrid scheduleValues-driven practice grounded in healing, dignity, and connectionAdministrative support to reduce overhead burdenHow to ApplyPlease send your resume and a brief statement about your supervisory approach and clinical background to: info@sixriverswellness.com
