This role involves reviewing, interpreting, and entering information from various sources to maintain reliable data for clients.The position is essential to maintaining data integrity and supporting operational efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and interpret alphabetic, numeric, scanned, and database records from UCC filings and other digital sourcesEnter data accurately and efficiently into internal systems while following established formatting and classification standardsReview records for completeness, accuracy, and consistencyIdentify and correct omissions, formatting issues, and logical inconsistenciesTrack edits, corrections, and exceptions to support auditing and continuous process improvementMeet established productivity and quality expectations in a high-volume environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure work is completed accurately and on scheduleRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to work independently and effectively as part of a teamComfortable performing repetitive tasks in a high-volume production environmentBasic keyboarding, alphanumeric, and 10-key data entry skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft WindowsBasic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelStrong organizational and time management skillsPay Range and Compensation Package$25.00–$30.00 per hourBenefits & PerksFlexible work schedulesGenerous paid time off13 paid company holidaysRemote work opportunitiesCasual dress work environmentPhysical fitness reimbursementDiscounts on events, travel, and diningEqual Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
