Supply Chain & Sourcing Manager (Manufacturing & Quality Focus)

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven Supply Chain professional to assist with global manufacturer sourcing and quality assurance initiatives with a strong focus on disposable and consumable products such as gloves, cups, lids, containers, and paper bags. This role is critical in building a reliable, cost-effective, and quality-focused supplier network to support Maadho’s growth.An ideal candidate combines engineering thinking with supply chain execution, enabling strong evaluation of manufacturing capabilities, product quality, and process reliability.This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brewster, NY. Key Responsibilities:Quality Control & AssuranceEstablish and enforce quality standards, SOPs, and inspection frameworksCoordinate pre-shipment inspections, factory audits, and testing protocolsAnalyze defect rates, returns, and supplier performance metricsWork closely with suppliers to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer-specific requirementsEngineering & Technical EvaluationAssess product designs, materials, and manufacturing processes including: Injection molding, thermoforming, blow molding, paper convertingCollaborate with suppliers on design improvements and cost optimizationInterpret technical drawings, specs, and BOMsManufacturer Sourcing & Supplier DevelopmentIdentify, evaluate, and onboard manufacturers (domestic & international)Conduct supplier capability assessments (production capacity, certifications, lead times)Build and maintain a vetted supplier network across key product categoriesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred), Supply Chain, or Operations3–7+ years experience in: A) Sourcing/procurement or B) Manufacturing or quality controlDirect experience with disposable/consumable product categories including Gloves, food packaging, paper/plastic goods, etc.Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processesKey Words: Amercareroyal, Karat, World Centric, Novolex, Pactiv, Eco Products
