About the Job We are looking for a Strategic Hunter - a sales professional who views a territory as their own business and thrives on winning net-new enterprise accounts. This role is built for a "Challenger" who can move beyond traditional relationship management to displace entrenched competitors and teach prospective clients how to solve business problems using our platform. Responsibilities Full Pipeline Ownership: Take full responsibility for the deal cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to contract closure and renewals. Commercial Autonomy: Own the pricing and negotiation process to maximize deal value and long-term customer impact. Internal Collaboration: Partner with our carrier relations, product and commercial teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and competitively priced. Product Feedback Loop: You will be the 'front line' and you'd foster strong collaboration with the product, service delivery, and support teams to ensure product market fit and maximize revenue opportunities. Qualifications Proven Hunter Record: Success in sales roles focused on driving revenue growth in startups or fast-paced scale-ups. Experience in telecom and SaaS is preferred. Proven "Zero to One" Experience: You have sold a product that no one had heard of before. Industry Experience: Working knowledge of CPaaS, CCaaS, UcaaS or CAI solutions and the associated use cases. Location Amsterdam Proximity Candidates must reside within a maximum 3 hour commute by car or train. Air travel for regular commuting is not supported for this role. Remote Work Fully remote arrangements will only be considered for exceptional candidates who have a proven track record of delivering high-impact results in similar environments.
