Tax Manager

DescriptionThe salary for this position is 135,000 - 150,000. The benefits include medical, vision, dental, disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401k, holidays and paid time off.We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our client's team in the Lawrenceville, New Jersey area. The Tax Manager will be responsible for preparing tax provisions, maintaining and developing our financial systems, and ensuring compliance with national and international tax laws.Responsibilities: • Prepare and handle tax provisions from scratch• Use accounting software systems to maintain accurate financial records• Provide expertise in national/multi-state tax regulations• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with tax laws• Utilize Accounting Functions, CCH ProSystem Fx, and CCH Sales Tax for financial management• Develop and manage the Annual Income Tax Provision• Assist in Entity Formation for various business ventures• Ensure compliance with IFRS and other international tax laws• Use ADP - Financial Services and CaseWare for financial services and auditing• Work with the team to improve and maintain financial systems.Requirements• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is essential.• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.• Familiarity with CaseWare is a must.• Proficiency in using CCH ProSystem Fx is necessary.• Experience with CCH Sales Tax is required.• Ability to handle Accounting Functions effectively.• Experience in preparing Annual Income Tax Provision.• Strong skills in Auditing.• Demonstrated ability in Compliance management.• Knowledge in Entity Formation is necessary.Job typePerm
