Senior Scheduler - Commercial Construction

You will drive schedule strategy, oversee integrated master schedules, perform advanced risk and critical path analysis, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and project teams.If you bring deep experience in project controls and thrive in complex, high-accountability environments, we’d like to connect.What You’ll DoLead development and oversight of integrated master schedules across multiple projectsImplement planning and scheduling strategies aligned with company and contractor expectationsDevelop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS)Perform advanced critical path analysis and schedule risk analysisAnalyze deviations from baseline schedules and recommend corrective actionsEvaluate schedule impacts related to change orders and scope shiftsPrepare executive-level reports and monthly schedule presentationsDevelop resource plans and provide peak leveling recommendationsEnsure contractor schedule integration and overall schedule integritySupport cross-functional planning initiatives across the regionThis role is primarily office-based (approximately 75%) with occasional jobsite visits as needed.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 7 years of GC construction scheduling experienceStrong Primavera P6 proficiencyStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, reporting)Ability to work collaboratively with field teams and project leadershipStrong experience with integrated master schedulesAdvanced knowledge of critical path and schedule risk analysisExperience evaluating schedule impacts and supporting change managementPreferredA degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred but not required.
