This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to learn, develop core prospecting skills, and contribute to a mission-driven healthcare organization making a real impact. You’ll be at the front lines of our growth efforts—researching markets, connecting with healthcare leaders, and helping turn prospects into long-term partners.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Identify Prospects: Research and identify potential healthcare clients in target markets including Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Florida, and Georgia. Drive Outreach: Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce BB Imaging’s services and generate interest. Qualify Leads: Evaluate inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and schedule discovery calls for the sales team. Manage Pipeline Data: Accurately track lead activity and status in Salesforce to ensure visibility and sales pipeline health. Support Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve outreach tactics, and increase conversion rates. Stay Informed: Keep up with healthcare industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity to inform your outreach strategy. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required 2-4 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer outreach Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional presence Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and engaging new contacts Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with a proactive mindset Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship WHAT YOU'LL GET:Competitive salary tailored to your experience and qualifications Lucrative sales commission to reward your success Generous paid time off to recharge and relax 9 paid holidays—including your birthday!
