Your job is to contact clients by phone: either signing them up for an upcoming presentation or reconnecting with guests who previously missed their appointment and getting them rescheduled. You'll work onsite supporting multiple resort brands across the region, partnering closely with marketing, sales, and operations to keep tour flow moving and qualified guests in the seats.This is a performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential.What You'll DoMeet monthly tour flow targets set by managementWork an outbound call list daily to book new presentation appointments and recover previously missed toursQualify clients to ensure they meet the right criteria before schedulingManage confirmations and reschedules for both internal appointments and third-party vendor bookings with accuracy and follow-throughMaintain accurate data entry across Salesforce and sales center systemsPrepare and deliver chase materials to resort rooms as neededCollaborate with marketing, sales, and resort operations teams across the regionAssist at the lobby marketing desk when neededCompile and distribute daily performance numbers to regional leadershipWhat Success Looks LikeYour list is worked, your numbers are clean, and qualified guests are showing up.
