Spring Arbor of Severna Park is seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) / Medication Aide / Med Tech to join our Assisted Living team. What We Offer • Competitive Pay • Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Supportive Team Environment • Opportunity to Build Meaningful Resident Relationships • Stable Full-Time Schedule Position Requirements MUST have 6+ months of Medication Aide / Med Tech experienceCMT certification required per state guidelines Responsibilities Administer medications and document appropriately per physician orders and state regulations Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance, and incontinence care Maintain accurate resident documentation and service records Observe residents and report any changes in condition to nursing leadership Communicate effectively with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity of care Promote a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors Support daily programming and community operations as needed Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum one (1) year of healthcare or caregiving experience preferred Previous Medication Technician / CMT experience required CPR and First Aid certification preferred Experience with dementia care a plus Must successfully complete background screening and drug screening requirements At Spring Arbor Senior Living, our associates are the heart of our community.
