See for yourself.As a key member of the IT Team you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.Job TitleNetSuite Business Systems AnalystReports ToNetSuite Systems AdministratorLocation:Houston, Texas (Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote at the Houston office)Job Title/High-Level Position SummaryIn an effort to facilitate the achievement of the company goals, the NetSuite Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the NetSuite administrator in transferring the system knowledge to the users, provide support and troubleshooting to end users and ensure data quality is always at higher standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first‑ and second‑level technical support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of software and system issuesAct as a primary point of contact for user incidents and service requests, following ITIL‑based Enovis support processesManage, configure, and support NetSuite ERP with a focus on core modules such as Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and ReportingGenerate and maintain inventory reports and financial reports to support business decision-makingGood understanding of business processes and ERP workflowsExperience with NetSuite Fixed Assets Module (highly desirable)Deliver onboarding and continuous training sessions to users on IT systems, tools, and standard applicationsCreate and maintain clear user documentation, quick guides, FAQs, and training materialsMonitor recurring issues and proactively propose improvements to enhance user experience and system reliabilityCollaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to escalate and resolve urgent issuesEnsure compliance with IT security policies, access management procedures, and data protection standardsSupport change management activities by assisting users during system upgrades, rollouts, and new tool adoptionManage user access provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning in accordance with SOX access control requirementsEnsure segregation of duties is respected by validating user roles and access rights in coordination with application ownersSupport SOX IT General Controls (ITGC) by maintaining evidence for access reviews, incident management, and change support activitiesCurrently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future. Applicants must already have full-time work authorization in the United States, both now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship.Minimum Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree (MIS or Computer Engineering, or related field preferred)3+ years of solid NetSuite Admin experience with advanced understanding of the NetSuite platform (SuiteAnalytics, NetSuite configuration, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder), including migration from other accounting systems and new implementationsTravelUp to 10%“Creating better together”.
