Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing behavioral health team. This role can be part-time or full-time. Evening availability is required at least two evenings per week (until 7pm) to best serve our client population.
This is an exciting opportunity for a BCBA looking to grow with an organization committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children, youth, and families. At 90 days, eligible team members may transition to a salaried position with benefits and leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Provide direct oversight and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Possible supervision of BCBA candidates.
Monitor and evaluate progress through data analysis and team feedback
Train caregivers and staff in implementing ABA strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and community partners
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with agency and payer requirements
25.5 billable hours weekly required for full-time employment
Qualifications
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB, and current LBA in WA
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Experience working with children and adolescents with autism and/or behavioral challenges
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Willingness to work two evening shifts weekly
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes, schools, or clinics as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Familiarity with Medicaid, private insurance documentation, and electronic health records
Experience in clinical supervision or leadership roles
