JOB REQUIREMENTS: We\'re seeking a dependable Porter to help maintain aclean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents/guests, employees,and visitors. The Porter supports day-to-day upkeep of common areas,assists with light maintenance and setup needs, and helps ensure theproperty is well-presented at all times. Key Responsibilities: Maintaincleanliness of common areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, break areas,stairwells, elevators, sidewalks/entries). Collect and removetrash/recycling; replace liners; maintain waste rooms and containers.Perform routine floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, spotcleaning). Support move-in/move-out needs (as applicable), includingbasic area prep, light maintenance, painting and coordination with theteam. Assist with event/meeting room set-ups and breakdowns (tables,chairs, supplies), as needed. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards,or security concerns to the appropriate team member. Restock supplies(paper products, soap, cleaning materials) and notify supervisor wheninventory is low. Follow safety procedures and proper use/storage ofcleaning chemicals and equipment. Provide courteous customer service andrespond promptly to requests within scope. Requirements \*\*\*\*\* OTHEREXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Job Requriements High school diploma/GEDpreferred. Prior porter, janitorial, custodial, or groundskeepingExperience Preferred Ability To Follow Instructions, Work Independently,and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail andreliability/punctuality. Basic communication skills and professionaldemeanor. Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk for extendedperiods. Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs with or withoutreasonable accommodation. Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and workindoors/outdoors as needed.
