Role Description This is a full-time Pharmacist role located on-site in Macon, GA. The Pharmacist will be responsible for preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring compliance with proper procedures and regulations, conducting clinical patient consultations, and collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and oversee infusion therapy plans. Other duties include supervising pharmacy operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring consistent quality standards in patient care. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with medication dispensing, compounding, and adherence to pharmaceutical regulationsExcellent clinical skills, including patient consultation, medication therapy management, and handling infusion therapyStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to oversee and manage pharmacy operations efficientlyExceptional communication, collaboration, and customer service abilitiesProficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and navigating pharmacy softwareDoctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and valid Pharmacist license in GeorgiaExperience in an infusion pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred but not requiredCommitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
