As a Mail Shipping Store Front Associate, you will need to provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their packing, shipping, printing, and mailbox needs, making sure they leave happy and satisfied. What You'll Do: Be the Face of the Store: Greet customers warmly and help them find the right shipping or packing solutions. Ship Packages: Learn how to use different carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, USPS) to weigh, label, and send packages safely. Pack Like a Pro: Securely package items so they arrive safely at their destination. Manage Mail: Sort mail and packages into customer mailboxes. Run the Register: Handle sales transactions (cash and credit cards) accurately. Help with Office Tasks: Operate copiers, printers, and other office machines. Become a Notary Public: Learn to act as an impartial witness for important document signings, helping prevent fraud and ensuring legal compliance. Perform Live Scan Fingerprinting: Use specialized digital equipment to capture fingerprints for background checks for various employment or licensing purposes. We Offer: Competitive Hourly Pay.
