HR Generalist

The HR Generalist will support leadership, improve employee experience, and help create scalable HR programs and processes that support company growth.ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Employee Support Maintain employee records and HR documentationSupport onboarding and employee orientation processesHelp build and maintain workflows within ADPRespond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefitsSupport audits, compliance activities, and reporting functionsAssist HR leadership with day-to-day HR operations and special projectsEnsure compliance with company policies and employment regulationsMaintain confidentiality of employee information and HR recordsTraining & Development Support Support the rollout of onboarding and employee training programsAssist in building training content, SOPs, and internal resourcesHelp implement and manage training initiatives within ADP (LMS)Coordinate training sessions and communicationPartner with leadership to support employee development effortsAssist in developing and maintaining a companywide training matrixExecute training sessions as neededEmployee Engagement & Culture Coordinate employee recognition programsPlan company events and wellness initiativesSupport employee engagement activities and internal communicationsMaintain HR bulletin boards and employee communications materialsHelp foster a positive and inclusive workplace cultureAdministrative & Coordination Support Organize and maintain HR files and systemsTrack HR initiatives and project timelinesCoordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and company eventsAssist with preparation of HR reports and presentationsQualifications2–5 years of HR Generalist or related HR experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExperience supporting employee relations and HR operations preferredFamiliarity with HRIS systems (ADP experience a plus)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independentlyAbility to build and improve processes in a growing organizationAdvanced Excel skills preferredKnowledge of employment laws and HR best practices preferredWhy This RoleThis role is an opportunity to help build and shape the HR function within a growing organization.
