Assistant VP, IT Services & FacilitiesStarting Pay $106,000 to $124,000/yr, depending on experience LocationHeadquarters is located in Leavenworth, KS What we are looking forThe Assistant Vice President (AVP) I, Information Technology & Facilities provides strategic and operational leadership for AFI’s enterprise Information Technology services and corporate Facilities operations. This role directs staff responsible for IT infrastructure, systems development, user support, facilities maintenance, office services, purchasing, and physical infrastructure. The AVP I, Information Technology & Facilities ensures that AFI’s technology systems and facilities assets are secure, compliant, reliable, and capable of supporting current and future organizational needs, while contributing to operational efficiency, innovation, and organizational profitability.Key Accountabilities...Provides executive-level leadership and management for Information Technology Services and Facilities Management operationsEstablishes departmental goals, budgets, policies, and operational methods in alignment with AFI’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirementsEnsures information systems, infrastructure, and corporate facilities are properly maintained, secured, and compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and standardsOptimizes the utilization of human, financial, and physical resources to improve efficiency and organizational performanceOptimizes governance, controls, and processes to ensure information security, data integrity, and operational continuityCoordinates with leadership across AFI business units to support enterprise-wide initiatives and organizational objectivesOversees vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party service providers supporting IT and facilities operationsIdentifies, evaluates, and recommends improvements, modernization initiatives, and innovation opportunitiesEssential FunctionsDirects and oversees staff performing systems development, systems acquisition, programming, infrastructure maintenance, user support, facilities maintenance, office services, and purchasingLeads the development and management of departmental budgets, staffing plans, performance evaluations, and staff development initiativesManages the planning, acquisition, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise hardware, software, and facilities infrastructureProvides leadership in the deployment and ongoing support of corporate information systems utilized by AFI and affiliated entitiesCollaborates with the Vice President, Information Technology and other senior leaders to implement strategic plans and allocate resources effectivelyEnsures effective business continuity, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity practices are established and maintainedConducts detailed analyses of operational performance, budgets, programs, systems, and facilities initiatives;
