Bilingual (English-Spanish) Plant Manager

Plant Manager – Indianapolis, INMedrano USA is seeking a hands-on, experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at our Indianapolis, Indiana facility. This role is responsible for overseeing a high-volume pallet sorting and repair operation, driving productivity, ensuring safety, and building a strong, accountable team.We are looking for a leader who understands production environments—ideally with experience in pallet repair or similar labor-intensive operations—and can lead from the floor while delivering results.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all plant operations including pallet sorting, repair, grading, and production flowLead, coach, and develop supervisors and hourly employees in a fast-paced environmentDrive efficiency, throughput, and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policiesMonitor and manage KPIs (production, quality, cost, safety)Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor costsMaintain product quality standards and operational consistencyQualifications:5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or industrial operationsExperience in pallet repair, pallet recycling, lumber, or similar environments preferred; candidates without direct pallet experience but with strong operational leadership will be consideredProven ability to lead teams in high-volume, production-driven settingsStrong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skillsHands-on leadership style with strong floor presenceEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not requiredCandidates with management experience in pallet repair facilities or similar operations are strongly encouraged to applyPreferred (Not Required):Bilingual English/Spanish to support a diverse workforceWhat We’re Looking For:A results-driven leader who leads by exampleStrong communicator who can motivate and develop teamsFocus on safety, efficiency, and accountabilityAdaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindsetIf you’re ready to take ownership of a pallet repair operation and grow with a dynamic organization, we encourage you to apply.
