You’ll lead multiple teams and leaders, shape company-wide growth priorities, and partner closely with executive leadership to ensure growth is a durable, user-first engine for the business.What You'll Do Own the Growth Strategy End-to-EndDefine the vision and strategy for product-led growth across acquisition, core usage, engagement, and monetizationEnsure Growth, Core, and Engagement teams operate as a unified system rather than isolated funnels or featuresBalance short-term growth opportunities with long-term product quality, trust, and user valueLead & Scale High-Impact Product TeamsLead and actively develop senior product leaders across Growth, Core (Canvas), and EngagementBuild strong leadership capacity within your teams, setting clear expectations around ownership, outcomes, and decision-makingFoster a culture of experimentation, customer empathy, and accountability for resultsEnsure teams are empowered to move fast while maintaining high product qualityDrive User-Centered MonetizationOwn the product strategy for monetization, ensuring revenue growth is aligned with genuine user valueGuide pricing, packaging, and conversion strategies that enhance, not compromise, the user experienceEnsure monetization is thoughtfully integrated across the lifecycle, from first value to long-term expansionChampion Experimentation & Data-Informed Decision MakingEstablish experimentation as a core operating principle across the growth organizationEnsure teams use data, research, and experimentation to validate hypotheses and guide investment decisionsPartner with Data and Analytics teams to define the metrics that matter and ensure clear visibility into performanceExecutive & Cross-Functional LeadershipLead a cross functional team consisting of marketing experts, engineers, analysts and product managers to execute against a growth strategy through the user lifecyclePartner closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align growth strategy across the companyAct as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership on growth, PLG strategy, and monetizationRepresent growth priorities and tradeoffs clearly and credibly at the executive levelWhat You'll Bring 10+ years of product management experience, with significant hands-on leadership experience owning growth, engagement, or monetization at scaleProven track record leading multi-team product organizations responsible for user growth and revenue impactDeep expertise in product-led growth, experimentation, and lifecycle optimizationStrong understanding of how core product experiences (e.g., the canvas) drive engagement and long-term retentionExperience balancing rapid experimentation with long-term product quality and user trustExceptional strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomesStrong analytical and data fluency, with experience using metrics to guide strategy and investmentExcellent communication and influence skills at the executive levelPassion for building growth systems that are sustainable, ethical, and customer-centeredHigh agency mindset with a bias toward action, comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and iterating quickly based on resultsProven ability to create urgency, set clear direction, and move teams from insight to execution without waiting for perfect answersStrong ownership mentality: takes responsibility for outcomes, not just strategy or processThrives in fast-moving environments where prioritization, tradeoffs, and timely decisions are essentialWHY YOU’LL LOVE MURALAt Mural, you’ll have the opportunity to define how a modern, product-led company grows at scale.
