About the jobCritical Systems HVAC Technicians (Senior Level) – Mission Critical Data Centers – Ashburn, VAMXI Partners is hiring on behalf of a leading mission-critical services provider seeking Senior HVAC Technicians to support high-performance data center environments in Ashburn, VA.We're looking for a senior-level expert ready to lead and mentor, this is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge infrastructure in a fast-growing, high-demand industry.What's on offerCompetitive hourly rate + overtime + full benefits;Annual bonus;Paid overtime for hours worked over 40 per week;Work on mission-critical data center infrastructure;Strong job stability in a high-growth industry;Clear progression from mid-level to senior/lead roles;Comprehensive health, retirement, and insurance benefits;Ongoing technical training and development;Opportunity to gain/maintain security clearance.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems;Support and/or lead mechanical operations in mission-critical facilities;Work on complex equipment (Air and water-cooled chillers, Cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs);Operate and maintain Building Automation Systems (BAS);Work with DDC, pneumatic, and variable frequency drive control systems;Respond to on-call and after-hours service requirements;Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.What you needHigh School Diploma or GED required;3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience;Experience with mechanical systems;Understanding of HVAC diagnostic tools and instrumentation;Journeyman / Master HVAC License preferred;OSHA Certification preferred;Valid driver’s license.
