The role involves standing all day and performing repetitive tasks, such as hanging parts once they have been coated. Responsibilities: Change hooks and racks to set up the line for parts. Load and unload parts from the line. Insert and remove plugs from parts. Inspect parts for defects. Communicate effectively with team members and work collaboratively. Comply with safety regulations, promote workplace safety, and report all unsafe acts. Perform various other duties as required. Essential Skills: General labor skills. Experience with powder coating. Forklift operation. General production and manufacturing environment experience. Physical labor capability.
