Global Manager, Survey Science

A company is looking for a Global Manager, Survey Science, Analytics & Programming. Key Responsibilities Leads the design, deployment, and enhancement of employee surveys and listening programs Develops and maintains NLP-based sentiment analysis models to evaluate employee feedback Partners with HRBPs and business leaders to interpret survey results and prioritize interventions Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Ten (10) + years of experience in analytics, data science, or related fields Demonstrated success in leading secure software architecture initiatives Hands-on experience with NLP and sentiment analysis methodologies Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred Experience with Python, R, and data visualization tools
