What you'll do: Proactively identify and qualify new client leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client goals and challenges. Communicate the value of our services, customizing presentations to resonate with individual client needs. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the service selection process. Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and progress in our CRM system. Consistently achieve or surpass established performance targets. Stay up-to-date on our service offerings and market trends. What you'll bring: Proven success in building relationships, sales, or a related field. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A knack for active listening and understanding client perspectives. Self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and a results-driven mindset. The ability to work independently and effectively manage your time. Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software. Ability to successfully pass a background check. Compensation: This is a 1099 contract position with compensation based entirely on commission.
