This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive unit volume, gross, finance penetration, and customer satisfactionIf you've built teams, set process, held people accountable, and consistently hit numbers inside a Hyundai dealership, we want to talk. What You'll OwnLead daily operations for New, Used, Desking, and F&IDrive high volume + high performance across all key variable KPIs (units, front/back gross, PVR, close rate, F&I product penetration, CSI). Recruit, develop, and retain top talent. Build and enforce a repeatable sales process with accountability. Ensure Hyundai program compliance and execution (incentives, reporting, OEM standards). Manage inventory strategy with Used Car leadership (pricing, appraisals, turn, merchandising, aging). Coordinate with BDC/Internet team to increase set/close rates and improve lead response quality. Run effective daily/weekly cadence: performance reviews, pipeline, training, forecast, and execution. Maintain a culture of performance, professionalism, and customer-first selling. Must-Have Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)Documented success as a GSM / Sales Manager in a Hyundai dealership (or equivalent senior variable leadership specifically in Hyundai). Proven track record delivering high volume while protecting gross and improving KPI discipline. Strong desking ability and deal structure expertise; understands lenders and subprime dynamics as needed. Ability to coach, inspect, and hold the line-without toxic management or chaos. Strong grasp of modern retail: digital leads, CRM discipline, merchandising, and process control. Nice-to-HavesHistory of improving turnover, training, and culture while increasing performance. Experience scaling a store through growth phases (staffing, process building, performance management). Data-driven operator who runs the business by the numbers while keeping morale high and good company culture.
