We are there for each other and we crave diversity because we know that building a truly diverse tribe will make us better at everything.The JobAs a Consumables Production Technician, you will assemble, inspect, test, and package Unchained Labs consumables that go with our instruments such as Unis, Aunty plates, Unas, and Unfilters. You’ll be joining us in a full-time role within a clean, high-tech manufacturing environment, with the opportunity for occasional overtime as needed to meet team goals. As we continue to grow, this role also presents meaningful opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.ResponsibilitiesPerform precise processing and assembly of plastic, glass, and metal components used in consumable productsInspect delicate components with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure quality standards are metComplete required documentation, including quality control records and issue reports, to support continuous improvement effortsCollaborate with the team to meet production targets and customer demand, including occasional overtime when necessaryInspect, package, and prepare finished goods for shipment in accordance with company standardsProactively contributes ideas and feedback to improve processes, efficiency, and product qualityQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or vocational training preferredStrong mechanical aptitude, with excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferredAbility to read and interpret assembly instructions, technical drawings, and proceduresStrong English communication skills, both written and verbalExceptional attention to detail, with a focus on organization and maintaining a clean workspaceAbility to work independently while managing daily and weekly production goalsQuick learner with a flexible, adaptable approach in a fast-paced environmentLocation in our Headquarters in Pleasanton, CACompensationThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $25-28/hour. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual base salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. This role is also eligible for our bonus program, and comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs.
