A law firm based in the Carolinas is seeking an Attorney in Mount Pleasant, SC. This is a great opportunity for a licensed attorney seeking a culture-driven and client-focused firm. Experience related to real estate, community associations, debt collection or foreclosure is preferred but not required.Responsibilities:Professionally represent clients at meetings, hearings and trialsCollaborate with a team of other attorneys, paralegals, and support staffConduct research using legislation, case law, and other legal authoritiesDraft legal documents, including but not limited to pleadings, contracts, leases, deeds, etc.Ensure client confidentialityReport hours spent on each assignmentQualifications:Accredited law degreeLicensed to practice law in South CarolinaExceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesCapacity to perform under stressStrong work ethicCompensation & Benefits:$75,000 - $100,000, based on experienceVacation & holiday scheduleEmployer sponsored health insuranceContributing retirement
