Program Supervisor

Overview We are an agency of the Division of Development Disabilities (DDD) in Glendale Arizona.We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Supervisor to lead and oversee our Day programs within a vibrant learning environment. Duties Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs aligned with organizational goals and standards Supervise staff members, including Direct Support Providers, providing mentorship and performance feedback Coordinate daily operations within the program setting, ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards Develop new program initiatives to enhance learning outcomes and meet community needs Oversee staff scheduling, training sessions, and professional development opportunities Manage program tasks using relevant software and productivity tools to maintain accurate records Collaborate with stakeholders such as parents, community partners, and state authorities to support program success Ensure adherence to program regulations, standards, and safety protocols Qualifications Strong background in developmental administration or behavioral health experience Proven leadership in team management and personnel management within an healthcare setting Extensive knowledge of program development in a helthcare or behavioral setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and developmental disabilities administrative software systems Demonstrated ability to work effectively with consumers of various ages and backgrounds.
