We believe in learning from one another, celebrating each other’s strengths, and maintaining zero tolerance for gossip—instead, we build trust and support across every level of our team.If you are a BCBA who values compassion, clear communication, and professionalism—and loves making a difference—you will feel right at home here.Position Overview:Join our fun, caring, and dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in East County!We are seeking a part-time BCBA (10–15 hours/week) who enjoys leading with empathy, modeling excellence, and supporting a dedicated group of behavior therapists.The ideal candidate will be bilingual, approachable, organized, and passionate about guiding both clients and staff toward meaningful growth and progress.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skills assessments.Provide direct supervision and coaching to behavior technicians with a focus on modeling, feedback, and compassionate care.Lead with humility and collaboration—clarifying goals, modeling best practices, and supporting team members to ensure consistent implementation.Analyze data to evaluate client progress and modify plans when needed.Collaborate closely with caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to promote generalization and client success.Document session data and progress reports accurately in compliance with ethical and insurance standards.Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development.Requirements:Current BCBA certification in good standing.Minimum 6 months of experience working with children or individuals with developmental delays (more experience is a plus).Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate respectfully and guide technicians with professionalism and kindness.Commitment to maintaining ethical and high-quality ABA services.Bilingual (preferred) in Arabic, Chaldean, Assyrian, or Spanish.A compassionate, flexible, and positive attitude—someone who can bring calm, fun, and motivation to the team.Our Culture & Values in Action:We believe supervision is more than oversight—it’s a partnership for growth.
